In what Folder are the VST3/AU plug-ins installed?
For macOS:
- VST3 in /Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST3
- AU in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
Why am I not receiving any timecode from the Timecode Plug-in?
Make sure to enable the preferred timecode, by clicking it, such that the section deticated to the protocol turns green.
Why does the Timecode Plug-in crash when selecting a MIDI output?
On Windows, the plug-in cannot open a MIDI output that has been opened by DAW as well. Opening such an output will result in a crash of the DAW. This is a limitation of the way Windows handles MIDI. Make sure before opening a MIDI output that your DAW has not enabled the output as well.
